Over the years I’ve worked in various industries, from publishing to retail, real estate to personal finance. You’ll find a range of leading brands on my CV, including John Lewis, Savills, Hearst UK, The Week magazine, and Octopus Money, to name a few. This experience means that I know how to tailor messaging to different audiences. Encouraging people to have their annual flu jab requires a different approach to selling properties worth millions! 

I’m customer-obsessed, always focusing on how to deliver the best experience for your customer. Having specialised in subscriptions and content strategy during my career, I can create a holistic marketing strategy, knowing which channel to use – and when – for maximum impact. 

Where I excel, though, is creating engaging and impactful marketing. Writing a bold headline to hook your audience in, crafting the copy that converts them to a customer, planning the engagement strategy that gets them coming back. 

Yes, improving click-through rates and lead generation gives me a buzz - but I’m in it for the long term, converting those leads into loyal customers. Improving retention rates, increasing ROI, and ultimately driving healthier lifetime value.

Ways of working together

I can work with you on a project basis, for which I charge a fixed fee, or fractional/retainer basis, working with you consistently, between 1-3 days a week (depending on other client commitments).
